* I understand and agree to Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF HK) Terms & Conditions. (These terms and conditions are written in both English and Chinese. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.） UNICEF Charity Run is recognized by the Hong Kong, China Association of Athletics Affiliates (HKAAA) and are currently applying for sanction from the Association of International Marathons & Distance Races (AIMS). The Half Marathon and 10km (Challenge) and 5km race courses and results are all recognized by the Hong Kong, China Association of Athletics Affiliates Limited (HKAAA). Results of the Half Marathon, 10km Run (Challenge) and 5km are accepted by HKAAA. Applications will not be accepted after the enrolment deadline. Each participant is allowed to enroll in ONE race only. Enrolment cannot be cancelled or changed after submission (except for adding sponsorships, changing fundraising amount and contact information). Race entries are strictly non-transferrablenon-transferable. Participant should ensure that the personal data provided is accurate. In the event of false declaration or impersonation resulting in any loss or damage to HongKong Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF HK) or other event participants, UNICEF HK reserves the right to take legal actions against relevant parties. Participant must step on all timing mats along the race course to record their race times. UNICEF HK shall reserve the right to disqualify the participant and nullify race result if no timing has been recorded. UNICEF HK reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without providing any reasons to the participant. UNICEF HK reserves the right to disqualify any person from and nullify his/her result of the event if a participant is found by UNICEF HK to have violated or committed (as the case may be any of the following rules: The participant commits or attempts to commit any act which is in violation of the laws of HKSAR or the National Security Law governing HKSAR; The participant carries out or attempts to carry out any kind of demonstration or political, religious or racial propaganda at the event or other venues or area relating to the event. The event will be cancelled in the following conditions: A Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signals Signal or the Tropical Cyclone Signal No.3 or above is in effect at 12:00 a.m. on the event day; Any other extreme situation, including but not limited to severe weather or unsafe road conditions. If the event is cancelled due to whatever reasons, the event will not be rescheduled, the entry fee will not be refunded nor can it be transferred. UNICEF HK reserves the right to use the images of participants for promotional purposes. UNICEF HK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. UNICEF HK reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute, UNICEF HK reserves the right of final decision. UNICEF does not endorse any company, brand, product or service.

* I understand and agree to Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF HK) Disclaimer & Indemnity. (This declaration is written in both English and Chinese. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese version and English version of this declaration, the English version shall prevail.) I, the undersigned, am applying to enter the “UNICEF Charity Run“ and its incidental activities (the “Event“). I confirm and agree that I shall comply with all relevant rules and regulations and other arrangements made by the Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF (“UNICEF HK”) and shall take part in the Event entirely at my own risks. l agree not to hold UNICEF HK, any sponsor and/or supporting organization responsible for any accident of whatever kind, resulting in death or injury, and/or any damage, loss or destruction of personal properties during the course of the Event (other than personal injury or death resulting from the negligence of the UNICEF HK, any sponsor and/or supporting organization). I confirm that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained, and have not been otherwise advised by a qualified medical practitioner not suitable to participate in the Event. I also agree to indemnify or reimburse UNICEF HK in respect of any additional costs or expenses incurred by UNICEF HK arising from or in connection with my participation in the Event. I also irrevocably grant UNICEF HK, sponsors and supporting organizations the right to photograph me during the Event and have my name, voice, likeness and appearance made into photographs, sound, video or multi-media recordings relating to the Event (“Recording”) and to use the Recording in perpetuity throughout the world, in all media now known or hereafter devised for any purpose, whether in advertising or for purposes of trade or otherwise. I acknowledge and agree that no payment or other compensation shall be payable to me by UNICEF HK, any sponsor and/or supporting organization in connection with the Recording or any use thereof.

The contact information you provided will only be used for the purposes stated in the Personal Information Collection Statement, which include issuing receipts, conducting surveys and statistics, or subject to your consent, informing you of campaigns, activities and fundraising appeals of UNICEF.
